Howard M. Chandler, Ph.D.
Dr. Howard Chandler is 
an educator and administrator who has authored numerous scientific book chapters and research articles, including pioneering research on the peace technologies being presented at this conference. Dr. Chandler received his B.S. magna cum laude from Harvard College, Harvard University, and his M.S. and Ph.D. from Maharishi University of Management, USA. He now serves on the boards of numerous educational and charitable organizations worldwide.
