Abstract
Mankind has crossed the threshold of the third millennium, leaving behind a mighty era of formation and one of the cruelest stages of history, filled with bloody wars, famine, repression and tyranny that took lives of millions of people.
The world has come to the starting point of connecting all kinds and organizations of society into the Unified Universal System of Reason. We are on the verge of accomplishing a new era of humanity – the Era of Cosmic Consciousness.
Everything has its own mission. Each nation has an epoch-making history, and each individual has a historical one. Whether the world will follow the path of progressive achievements or will come to its final catastrophe – it is up to us to decide here and now!
